Welcome to the Jedi Order of the Sacred Flame. We are an order of Jedi Mystics. We dedicate ourselves to understanding the mysteries of the Force that is inherent in all things and in all of nature.
We are Jedi, and we follow the Path of the Jedi. We take an academic and scholarly approach to understanding the nature of ourselves, of the world in which we live, our place within it, and the Force itself. Our order does not focus on the physical disciplines that Jedi Knights train in, although members of the order are free to do so if they so choose.
We are not a religious order, and do not pursue the Jedi Path as a religion. Instead we look to a variety of sources, including the mainstream religions of the world and various occult and esoteric traditions, to help us understand the mysteries that the Force reveals and how they relate to the human experience. While the philosophies of the order itself remain religiously neutral, members of the order are free to follow whatever religion they wish, so long as they are able to uphold their vows and obligations to the order, and more importantly, to the Jedi Path.
