The Book of Stryse

There is no one true path; save your own.  So say the Ori.  All paths are of Origin and Origin leads to the Great Path of Enlightenment.  Origin is the doorway but it is you who must step through it.  Through enlightenment one can achieve ascension.  Those who achieve enlightenment will rejoice with the Ori forever.  Make yourself one with the Path, and the journey will lead you to eternity.  Where we come from, and where we are going, are all the same.  Walk the Path in righteousness and respect the journey of all who walk it with you.

This book is the Word of the Ori Stryse, who was of the Three and now is of the Nine, as it has been related to the tribes of man through His Doci throughout the ages.

The pathways of spiritual evolution are varied and many, and all will ultimately lead to enlightenment.  It is through our many journeys down these many paths that we shall unlock the mysteries of our existance and reveal the secrets of the universe.

Life is change. Stability is stagnation. All things pass.

Yet for all that things change, the essentials remain the same. The wheel turns - day becomes night becomes day, rain becomes sun becomes rain, joy becomes pain becomes joy.

The Ori are my guardians, I shall not want.   They surround me with perfect love and perfect peace.   They leadeth me beside still waters, They restoreth my soul.   They guideth me on my spiritual path.   Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me.   They love and thy protection, they comfort me.  Though preparest me with strength, courage, and knowledge in the presence of mine enemies.   Thou annointest my head with oil.  My cup runneth over and I am filled with an abundance of health and joy.   Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of enlightenment forever.

I gazed upon your faces,
in the darkness and the light
I sought your wisdom in the stars
in the fabric of the night.
I looked in books both new and old,
and heard my own heart beating
I looked to find your story,
and so I kept on reading.
To think a thing and make it happen
was your gift to all.
So simple, yet so difficult,
yet you're there at beck and call
in every flower, leaf, and bud,
in cat, and snake, and bee
but what is most amazing
is that you are found in me.
Perfect love and perfect peace
will make conditions right
and from that place that's not a place
the form will come to light.
I life my heart to touch you,
there is magick to be done
and all I need is knowing
that you and I are One.
