~There is no one true path, save your own. So say the Ori.
The Ori Skylia speaks of truth and freedom, an axiom of human existence. Of truth, the Ori says that none exists. There is no one true path, save your own; your truth is falsehood and sin to all mankind save you, as all mankind's truth is to you. Worlds are defined by perception, and no one sees the same. There is no transcendence to a higher plane wherein the perfect form of existence hides, because perfection is for only one man: yourself.
All existence is created by existence itself. The Ori speak of ascension to a higher plane; the Ori will share their secrets with all of mankind, and those who listen to the words of the Ori will know: To ascend is to look within ones' self and to realize the power with which you have created the universe in which you exist. It is through this power that the Ori became gods, and through this power that mankind creates itself.
Existence is sin. Good and evil, right and wrong - pious drivel spewed to the masses, words created to keep men from reaching their own potential to define their worlds! Believers in the word of the Ori may all be forgiven, that they may go forth and sin more in the name of Uniqueness, Individuality, and Freedom. For a thing to be right or wrong, it must be true, and those who follow the teachings of the Ori Skylia know that there is no truth, save the truth of the self; there is no truth, unless it is truth to you; there is no truth except the truth that you recognize - and no one recognizes your truths but you!
As to exist is to sin, to exist is to be selfish and to be selfish is to be human. All things are done with the good of the self at the center. Evolved sinners do kind, generous things so that they may feel better about themselves.
Nothing is impossible, but the power of the doubting minds of the masses can overpower the beliefs of the few, the enlightened, the Followers of Origin. It is to this end that the Word of Origin must be spread, that mankind may realize its true potential in service of the Ori.
Hallowed are the Ori. So say we all.
Life is not about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself. Man must seek within to discover his own potential, create the life he desires around that potential through choice and action. Without choice, you are nothing; a husk, a shell, driven to exist by the thoughts and wills of others. It is in your hands to exist! It is in your hands to take the reigns of life and use them to your ends. Only you can create yourself. Only you can define your existance, but it may only be done through the choices and actions you take to define who you are.
