Being the first church of Origin, the one true and sacred keeper of the secrets of manifest pleasure and the most supreme and holy church of the mysteries of indulgence...
The Ori tell us: "We are the Light that giveth Knowledge & Delight and bright glory, and stir the hearts of men with drunkenness. To commune with us, take wine and strange drugs whereof we shall tell our Doci and be drunk thereof! They shall not harm ye at all. It is a lie, this folly against self. The exposure of innocence is a lie. Be strong, o Child of Origin! Lust and enjoy all things of sense and rapture; fear not that any god shall deny thee for this."
We live in a world that is subject to vast and seemingly all-encompassing systems of personal and social control that relentlessly feed us a lie that we are each alone, helpless, and powerless to effect change in our reality. The Path of Origin is a doorway through which we may step into a world of mystery, of wildness, of immanence. Origin is about change. Origin leads us into exhiliration and ecstasy; into insight and understanding; into changing ourselves and the world in which we participate. Through Origin we may come to explore the possibilities of freedom.
Blessed are they who walk the Path.
So say we all.
