That you exist is not enough. You are not content to know merely that creation is. It is your nature to seek greater understanding, to unravel the mysteries of the Universe. It is your nature to ask why. You seek to know purpose in order to find peace.
Be it known, then, that you dwell within a universe of conciousness. Know that the earth is your mother and that the sun is your father. Know that these, your celestial parents, were born of the Id and both shall one day return unto it. Know that all that inhabits your world are your bretheren for they are born of the same celestial parents.
Before there was time and space there was the Divine, the Id, an endless Force, that which is the Universe. As it existed, thought rose upon it giving it consciousness. Aware of itself, and the endless love of which it was, it began to ponder. It was the greatest beauty, the most magnificent love, but with no object upon which to lavish it. Yet it sought to share Its love, to express that which It is.
It's thought was as a bolt of lightening, as endless as the Universe itself, and this bolt moved through the Id, and so became clothed in love, moving forth to become creation.
Life and death, light and darkness, hope and despair. From this bolt, the rift was created and on that day the Ori were born.
...And they were prideful and rejected the Ori and the truth that they represent. The hatred within the Jaquish festered and bloomed in the dark corners of the Universe to which they had been cast! Consumed by this hatred, they poisoned all that they touched, bringing death, darkness and despair--leading them astray from the Path. And the souls of their victims knew no peace, until the Ori came and whispered to them: 'Sleep, for the end draws near!' And on that day all will rejoice, when the Ori come and lay low the Jaquish, unto dust...
For the Ori so loved the world
They gave their own enlightenment
That whomever walketh the Path
Shall not perish but have eternal life
